Interns will help bring the brand into real community settings - youth sports games, parks, gyms, and other places where parents and kids gather - giving families a chance to sample Oddball for the first time.Beyond sampling, we hope interns act as our “eyes and ears” on the ground: sharing feedback, observing what messaging resonates, and helping us learn what drives trial and repeat purchase.This role is about testing ideas, learning quickly, and helping build a repeatable playbook for how a young brand like Oddball grows in new markets. This is a chance to help build something from the ground up, make a real impact in local markets, and gain hands-on experience with how a startup snack brand grows.
