Accrue powers modern customer loyalty at the payment layer, making fintech fun and impactful.
We are offering a paid, high-impact internship for an ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial-minded individual—ideal for a NYC undergrad student or current graduate candidate. In this role, you will be the face of our field marketing campaign to launch a loyalty payments app in partnership with a prominent Manhattan grocery chain.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Business Operations, while working cross-functionally with the People and Product teams to share field insights and influence strategy. The role requires a commitment of 8–20 hours per week (including weekends) of shifts you can choose from, with a focus on both execution and iterative performance optimization.
Expected Outputs
As a Field Marketing Intern you will:
- Represent the brand in-store to drive customer adoption of the grocery chain's new app.
- Use A/B testing and insights to improve campaign strategies with store managers.
- Analyze field data and team feedback to optimize messaging and meet growth goals.
