We’re hiring two Student Ambassadors. This is an event first internship and not an office role. You will support our summer activations to build brand awareness across your city - 1 intern based in San Diego and the other in Dallas. In this role you will learn how to execute a successful brand activation and the strategy that goes with it. This is a hands-on role for someone who keeps up with all the events in town; and wants to learn what it takes to plan & execute brand activations at scale with a national brand.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house social media team to capture content from key events. This is where brand activation and social media collide. Day to day you will work with our Brand Manager and Field Marketing Lead, who will teach you how to build a brand from behind the scenes to IRL.
Note for this role you should have availability that is flexible to an event schedule 2 days a week between Thursday-Sunday. Any computer/admin work will be done remotely.
Expected Outputs
Event Sourcing & Strategy Planning: Deliver 5–10 event ideas weekly and produce 2 finalized Run of Show (ROS) documents in advance
Event Execution & Engagement: Serve as a Brand Ambassador at 2 events per week, capturing 10–15 photo/video assets per event for internal and social use.
Operations, Inventory & Forecasting: Update the event calendar and submit event recaps weekly.
