You run the admin engine behind our national in-store sampling program, so our Director can stay on strategy and our Regional Leads can stay on staffing. You're the connective tissue between HQ, the Regional Leads and 100+ brand ambassadors.
Part-time contract, 20-30 hours a week, fully remote, $20-25/hr.
You'll manage the weekly rhythm with the Regional Leads, own BA onboarding paperwork (contracts, W-9s, food handler cards, training), collect and check weekly invoices, receipts and sales numbers, place product and supply orders, and keep the demo calendar and tracking sheets accurate.
You: 1-2 years in field marketing, event marketing, CPG, or ops/admin; extremely organized; strong in Google Sheets; a fast, clear communicator over text, Slack and email; available weekday business hours with some flexibility around weekend events. Bonus: CPG or beverage experience, or you've managed brand ambassadors or event staff.
Expected Outputs
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage onboarding paperwork and track invoices and receipts.
- Coordinate product orders and update the sampling demo calendar.
- Prepare weekly recap reports and liaise with regional leadership.
