Everyday Dose is scaling our in-store field marketing program across the East Coast, and we need someone to keep it running tight. As our Field Marketing Contract Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day execution across our East markets — making sure every store is staffed, every booth is on-brand, and every Brand Ambassador (BA) is set up to win.
This is part air-traffic-controller, part in-market closer. Most weeks you'll be coordinating remotely; some weekends you'll be in-store yourself. If you're organized, love a checklist, and don't mind hopping in to cover a booth when someone calls off, this is for you.
Markets you'll oversee: Charlotte · Raleigh-Durham · Charleston · DMV (DC/MD/VA) · Tampa · Miami
Expected Outputs
Every East-market store fully scheduled, staffed, and covered each weekend — zero gaps.
Consistent, on-brand booth execution verified through BA check-in photos and store checks.
Clean ops: all BA invoices submitted on time and markets kept fully staffed through ongoing recruiting.
