We’re looking for enthusiastic, wellness-loving, people-oriented ambassadors to bring our brand to life at Sprouts grocery store locations. As a Beam Demo Lead/Ambassador, your goal is to create long-lasting connections between Beam and our future customers. You’ll be the face of Beam during our retail launch at select store locations. Your role will be to engage shoppers, share our product benefits, offer samples, and drive awareness and trial at the point of sale. You’ll be responsible for setting up and running demo tables, educating customers, and ensuring the store experience reflects the energy and values of our brand. While exact store locations within each state are still being finalized, you can expect anywhere from 4-8 hours per day (12-24 hours per week) across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9/29-12/31.
Expected Outputs
Set up and break down demo stations.
Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to promote Beam products.
Offer samples and educate shoppers about Beam
Record and submit post-demo KPIs and feedback.
Capture content while demoing - Shoppers interacting with products, Beam in-store, you sampling the products, etc.
