You know nobody cares about cards—they care about content that entertains, inspires, and moves them. Your mission: build a brand people follow because it makes them laugh, cry, and think. You’ll design the playbook, balance storytelling with performance, and bring ideas to life—whether directing creators, briefing partners, editing, or scrappily pulling assets together. You don’t have to be the main face on camera, but you know what performs on social and how to help others bring it to life. 📸 What You’ll Do • Own Escargot’s content strategy and execution • Build an editorial approach rooted in entertainment and emotion • Create systems, direct shoots, brief, edit—whatever it takes • Translate our pillars (humor, sentiment, connection) into TikTok, IG, and beyond • Balance two tracks: storytelling that builds love + ads that convert • Test relentlessly, learn fast, double down on what works
