Proper Hospitality is a boutique hotel company with 13 properties and a seriously good-looking content library. You probably already know the brand. Here’s your chance to see how the visuals behind it get organized.
In this GIG you will run an AI tool that renames tens of thousands of property photos, then be the human who catches what the AI gets wrong. Wrong date, wrong photographer, wrong room? You’ll spot it.
You will be responsible for syncing Dropbox folders locally, reviewing AI-generated names, fixing metadata, and flagging anything unclear instead of guessing.
You’ll work directly with our Social Media teams, Creative Director, and SVP, Sales & Marketing. We want someone with a sharp eye and a love of getting details right. You won’t just follow the naming rules. You’ll tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and help shape how we organize and showcase our content across every property.
Expected Outputs
Run assigned batches through our AI renaming tool using Dropbox folders synced to your computer.
Fix names and metadata by hand so every photo has the right property, date, photographer, and subject details.
Flag unclear images instead of guessing, and share patterns, gaps, and ideas for better naming and organization as you go.
