RecRe is a free on-campus rental platform.
Students use smart lending boxes to check out gear they need in the moment, from phone chargers and ping pong paddles to sports equipment, and more. No cost, no reservation. Scan, use, return.
There are multiple RecRe boxes at VCU including Ram's Lounge (in the University Commons), Shafer Dining (2nd floor) and the Bookstore Cafe (in the Barnes & Noble on Broad Street). We're looking for one actively enrolled VCU student to create content showing what RecRe actually looks and feels like on your campus, and showcasing how RecRe enables students to access gear in multiple locations around campus. You don't need to be a professional videographer. You need a decent phone, an eye for what looks good, and a couple of friends willing to be on camera.

Match this energy: real, fast-paced, a little fun. Not a commercial.
Expected Outputs
Deliverables:
Full specs and shot list can be found here.
Video: 1 edited cut, 45-60s vertical. Roughly 1/3 getting the gear, 2/3 using it.
Video must show the Bookstore Cafe box, bonus points if you incorporate a 2nd location
Photos: 20, mostly students mid-activity, a few at the box
Raw: everything you shot, including extra activity footage
We want real moments, not just people standing at a locker.
