Note: This is a part-time opportunity to start, with the potential to grow into a larger role as AYÓ expands.
What do you hope is achieved in this role?
Help AYÓ build a distinct and recognizable presence on TikTok and Instagram.
You will study how emerging beverage, food, lifestyle, and culturally driven brands earn attention online, then use those insights to develop original ideas for AYÓ. We are looking for someone who can recognize trends without blindly following them, pitch strong concepts, and create content that feels current while remaining aligned with AYÓ’s voice and visual identity.
You will work directly with the founder to turn product stories, Filipino ingredients, launch milestones, cultural moments, events, and everyday brand-building into engaging social content.
Expected Outputs
Research beverage and lifestyle brands to identify trends, hooks, and content ideas.
Pitch original TikTok and Instagram ideas that fit AYÓ’s voice and visual identity.
Film and edit short-form videos, photos, and reusable B-roll that build awareness in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.
2 reels per week (Ready to post on AYO TikTik and IG accts)
Consistently pursue virality and brand growth

We are launching in California with an initial focus on Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. Our goal is to build a culturally rooted but globally approachable brand.
