We're looking for content coaches to manage a small group of UGC creators
Coaches should be:
experienced in UGC programmes, ideally in EdTech
a content creator themselves
reliable and disciplined
Coaches will:
be responsible for 5 creators initially (estimated 5 hours per week)
ensure creators are posting daily
review and help iterate creator content
meet creators once per week to discuss strategy
Coaches will receive:
$400 per month GUARANTEED
Up to $750 in performance bonuses
1:1 guidance and support
A leadership / management role for your CV
Expected Outputs
Your key responsibilities include:
Manage and support 5 UGC creators, dedicating approximately 5 hours per week.
Ensure creators post content daily and provide ongoing feedback to improve quality.
Hold weekly meetings with creators to discuss strategy, review progress, and iterate on content.
