<html><head></head><body>In this role, we hope to introduce more families to Oddball and better understand how grassroots sampling can drive awareness and sales in local Target stores. Interns will help bring the brand into real community settings - youth sports games, parks, gyms, and other places where parents and kids gather - giving families a chance to sample Oddball for the first time.Beyond sampling, we hope interns act as our “eyes and ears” on the ground: sharing feedback, observing what messaging resonates, and helping us learn what drives trial and repeat purchase.This role is about testing ideas, learning quickly, and helping build a repeatable playbook for how a young brand like Oddball grows in new markets. This is a chance to help build something from the ground up, make a real impact in local markets, and gain hands-on experience with how a startup snack brand grows.
