The Mission:Make Rally essential to Alabama social life. We need students checking Rally daily, with "let's rally" becoming part of campus vocabulary. When someone asks "where is everyone?" on a Thursday night or gameday, Rally should be the automatic answer.
The Impact:You'll transform how 40,000 students experience college - killing the "dead campus" phenomenon where everyone's out but nobody knows where to go. Greek Row's heat map should be glowing every weekend, freshmen should discover their crew through rallies, and nobody should miss legendary moments because they didn't know where to find them.
The How:You'll leverage your deep Greek life relationships to build Rally from the inside out. Be present at every crucial social moment (gamedays, tailgates, Thursday nights, dinners), demo Rally when people need it most, and organize activation events that drive adoption. Turn competitive Greek culture into your growth engine.
Bonus compensation based on number of accounts and organizations activated.
Expected Outputs
Build Rally to 500 users (Month 1), 2,000 (Month 2), and 5,000 (Month 3).
Onboard 2 Greek chapters first month, 5 by month two, 10 by month three.
Document Alabama playbook for expansion.
