CAVA is looking for campus-based content creators who genuinely love food and want to build their portfolio while getting paid. As a CAVA Content Creator, you'll produce original content that shows what CAVA looks and tastes like through a real student's lens — seasonal menu moments, campus life, and in-store experiences. This is a content-first role, not a sales role. CAVA wants your authentic voice and creative perspective.

Produce original TikTok and/or Instagram content throughout the 5-month program

Create in-store content, taste reaction videos, and campus lifestyle posts tied to CAVA's brand Cover seasonal menu launches (Fall) with timely, on-brand content

Capture and submit event content when participating in campus activations

Must be a current student at one of the following schools: Boston University, Harvard, University of Maryland, George Washington University, UT Austin, Southern Methodist University, UCLA, USC, Florida State, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Minnesota, University of Notre Dame

Active public TikTok or Instagram with a minimum 5K following required.
