Help graduating seniors get their finances in order before their first paycheck hits.
What we're looking for: Already a leader on campus? Run a club. Hold a board seat. People ask you for advice. That's you, and we want to work with you.
Your role:
Bring seniors and recent graduates to WeLeap. How you do it is up to you—host events, post on socials, share in group chats, whatever works. We handle the rest.
How we pay you:
Realistic range: $200–$400/month depending on how many students you bring on.
Base: $50–$100/month (tiered, based on your sign-ups) $10 per qualified sign-up (senior or recent grad) +$5 per Plaid connection (when they link their bank)
What success looks like:
You drive sign-ups. They complete our onboarding. Some connect their Plaid and start using WeLeap. That's it.
Expected Outputs
3 Key Outputs: Qualified sign-ups (seniors/recent grads who complete onboarding) — Compensation: $10 each + tiered base
Plaid connections from your cohort — Compensation: +$5 each
Feedback on messaging and barriers — What works with your peers? What doesn't? Help us understand the market
