We’re hiring a Brand Intern, Partnerships & Field Marketing to support summer initiatives across product drops, community partnerships, and retail support. This role goes beyond event execution—you’ll focus on building relationships, planning programs, and owning event strategy. You’ll learn how to identify and develop community partnerships, plan and budget micro-events, and own a full weekly event calendar once per month. For those weeks, you’ll schedule events, attend at least 2, and create detailed Run of Show (ROS) documents for teams executing events you’ve sourced. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally. You’ll contribute to activations you may not personally attend, supporting multi-city programming and scalable event planning from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager to gain exposure to both the strategic and operational sides of building a brand—from behind-the-scenes planning to in-market execution.
Expected Outputs
Partnerships & Event Strategy: Source and develop community partnerships and assist planning micro-events & product drops with defined budgets & goals
Event Calendar Ownership: Build and own 1 full weekly event calendar per month, scheduling events, leading at least 2 , and delivering 100% of Run of Show (ROS) in advance
Multi-City Support: Assist in coordinating events you may not attend
