About The Role
Our ambassadors are warm, curious, and socially confident. You’re someone who smiles at strangers, isn’t afraid to start a conversation, and naturally captures life through photos and video. You move through the city with presence and people tend to trust your taste and style.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help bring Known to life both in real moments and online, introducing the brand in a way that feels natural, respectful, and genuinely human.
Requirements
Public Instagram or TikTok account
Comfortable creating and sharing content
Based in or frequently active around San Francisco
Expected Outputs
Key actions in this role include:
Posting on social media (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
Representing Known across in-person moments, pop-ups, and brand initiatives
Partnering with the Known team on weekly campaigns and city-wide activations
Sharing feedback and insights to help improve how people discover, engage with, and join Known
