Explore NYC’s family-friendly mysteries through scavenger hunts full of clues and hidden stories.
In this GIG you will test an app-driven scavenger hunt adventure by exploring and engaging with the experience.
The experience is designed primarily for families with kids around 8–12 years old. We're asking you to complete it exactly as a customer would and identify anything confusing, broken, awkward, too easy/hard, or frustrating. We also want your assessment of what would and wouldn't work for a family. Additionally, we are exploring whether it is viable expand this product's target audience beyond families, so we are interested in whether you perceive it as appropriate for older audiences as well.
You will be responsible for providing detailed and honest feedback about the app and the scavenger hunt experience.
Expected Outputs
Use the scavenger hunt app in person to complete the adventure.
Observe and note any issues, challenges, or points of confusion during the experience.
Provide thorough, honest feedback in a structured format about your testing session.
