Remote AI Project Support & Talent Recruitment Associate

Experience in software engineering, AI, programming, or data science is preferred.</p><p><strong>Role 2</strong> – Technical Talent Recruitment ($40–$75/hour): Identify and refer qualified software developers and AI professionals, share recruitment opportunities, communicate with candidates, and track referrals. Strong networking and communication skills are preferred.</p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong>Applicants must be located in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Ireland and be able to complete secure identity verification using a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or national ID. Previous experience with Persona verification is a plus.</p><p><strong>Candidates must submit an accurate, detailed resume and LinkedIn profile.
