Part-Time Operations Coordinator (Flexible Schedule)

For the right candidate, this role has a path to a full time, salary role in 2027.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p>- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips</p><p>- Assemble products and kits according to standard specifications</p><p>- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment</p><p>- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tools</p><p>- Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift</p><p>- Help with other warehouse tasks as assigned</p><p></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p>- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy</p><p>- Comfort using web-based tools and digital inventory systems</p><p>- Ability to follow written standard operating procedures</p><p>- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism</p><p>- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift</p><p>- Read and write English fluently</p></body></html>
