TikTok Content Planner & Creator (3 month period) — Nipskin
<html><head></head><body><p>Design and execute Nipskin's organic TikTok content strategy, aligned with growth and sales goals.Research trends, formats, sounds, and platform behavior, and translate them into brand-relevant content.Plan the content calendar, develop ideas, write scripts, and coordinate video production.Create and star in content on camera, representing Nipskin's personality and tone.Coordinate filming, editing, publishing, and content optimization to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.Analyze content performance (views, retention, engagement, conversions) and propose ongoing improvements.Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Performance, and E-commerce teams on campaigns and content that drive brand growth.Identify collaboration opportunities with creators, customers, and communities to expand organic reach.Maintain a high publishing frequency, keeping the brand agile and relevant in platform trends and conversations.Continuously propose new ideas, formats, and experiments to scale organic growth and position Nipskin as a reference brand on TikTok.Manage Nipskin's TikTok UGC and affiliate program: identify, recruit, and coordinate creators to generate high-performing content. </p></body></html>
