Did you know it takes about 20 liters of water to make one bottle of mezcal?In Oaxaca, water resources are becoming scarce. To help preserve finite water resources in the community, we decided to harvest rainwater to make mezcal. Cara a Cara is an ultra premium agave spirit focused on quality through the use of wild agaves following an artisanal process resulting in a low smoke, high proof drink.
