How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple client accounts?
When I am managing multiple client accounts, organization is key to knowing how to prioritize. I rank each task by urgency and deadlines, and estimate the time and resources required for completion. I input everything into my calendar and create checklists to break down larger tasks to more manageable ones, using them to ensure I stay on track. I also keep clear communications with necessary clients/teams and adjust my timeline as needed if there are any changes.
